Lawsuit claims US aid to Israel violates nuclear pact - The Times of Israel 12.08.16
Lawsuit was filed 8 August in Washington DC, on eve of an aid deal that would boost US assistance to Israel by $1-2 billion a year over a decade. Israel already gets $3 billion a year in US aid. Defendants are United States, President Obama, Secretary of State John Kerry, CIA Director John Brennan, Defense Secretary Ash Carter and secretaries of the Treasury, Energy and Commerce Departments.
